BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont the contract with
J. W. Jones, dated 1971, granting him the
concession rights to sell food and beverages within the City
Hall Building, the Harvest Club Building and the Y.M.B.L.
Building; Alice Keith, Magnolia and Liberia municipal swim-
ming pools; and, at softball games at Central Park, when re-
quested by the Park Department, for a period of one (1) year
beginning March 1, 1971 and ending February 29, 1972, according
to the terms of said contract; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City
of Beaumont thereto.
