A RE SOLUTION
•
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
That the'Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute a Deed without warranty conveying the following -described
property to Gilbert Eaves and wife, Marilyn Eaves in exchange
for Five Hundred and No/100 ($500.00) Dollars:
Lot No. Nineteen (19), in Block No. Four (4)
of the Gold Hill 3rd Addition to the City of
Beaumont, according to the map or plat of
said subdivision of record on file in the office
of the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas;
and that the City Clerk is authorized to attest same and to affix
the seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 16tk.,- day of
