WHEREAS, the City received bids for four air condi-
tioners for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Thermal Supply submitted a bid for furnishing
four air conditioners; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Thermal Supply is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Thermal Supply in the amount of $1,061.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 16th day of March,
1971.
