A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids for one self-propelled
mixer; and,
WHEREAS, R. B. Everett Company submitted a bid for
furnishing one self-propelled mixer; -and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by R. B. Everett Company is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of R. B. Everett Company in the amount of $18,310.00
be'accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 16th day of March,
1971.
