WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and E. R. Dupuis Con-
crete Company, Inc., executed a certain contract on February
17, 1971, for the construction of a tennis court at Liberia
Park at a total contract price of $4,420.00; and,
WHEREAS, the representative from the Public Works
Department, H. J. Kelley, has inspected the work and recommends
its acceptance and final payment to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion.of the
aforesaid contract in all particulars and does further author-
ize the final payment of $4,420.00 to the Contractor, E. R.
Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc.
PASSED by the City Council this the 9th day of March,
1971.
