WHEREAS, Drilco, Inc. has been and is continuing
to use the premises at 3699 Kenneth Street in violation of
the uses prescribed in the Zoning Ordinance of The City of
Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to
instigate such legal proceedings as may be necessary and
proper to abate and enjoin the said violation of the Zoning

Ordinance.
