A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
execute a lease agreement with The Young Men's Business
League leasing to them a portion of Fair Park for the period
of April 21 to April 25, 1971 for the purpose of staging
the YMBL Spring Carnival, in consideration of the payment
by the YMBL to the City of the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars; and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this day of
1971.
