BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont an agreement with
Norris & Garrod Engineers, Inc. providing for engineering
services in connection with the cooperative drainage program
being participated in by the City of Beaumont and Drainage
District #6; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 23rd day of
February, 1971.
