A. RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, the developers of Caldwood Forest Addition,
Lots 1 thru 20, Block 8 and Lots 1 thru 20, Block 9, have
completed the street, drainage and water line improvements
serving said addition; the improvements on Orgain Street con-
sist of six inch (6") reinforced concrete pavement with six
inch (6")' integral concrete curb; twenty-seven feet (27') in
width, back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of
said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and
the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage and water line improvements,. as
above described in Caldwood Forest Addition, be and the same
are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this the 23rd day of
February, 1971.
