RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and its employees have
maintained an excellent safe driving record during the past year;
and,
WHEREAS, the safe driving record of City employees has
produced a savings of EIGHT THOUSAND ($8, 000. 00) DOLLARS in
the premium which the City must pay for liability insurance; and,
WHEREAS, the City employees, and Frank Estes, Safety
Director, in particular, are deserving of the commendation of the
taxpayers of the City of Beaumont for this substantial savings;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Frank Estes, the
Safety Director for the City of Beaumont, and all City employees
be congratulated and commended for the excellent safe driving
record which they have compiled during the past year.
