A RES O LUT I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Bryam-Swain Company,
executed a certain contract on October 21, 1970, for the con-
struction of a metal shed, complete with footings, at Fair
Park at a total contract price of $15,741.00, plus change
order dated January 5, 1971 for $389.00, thereby making total
contract price $16,130.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation Department,
Henry Engelbrecht, has inspected the work and recommends its
acceptance and final payment to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid contract in all -particulars and does further author-
ize the final payment of $16,130.00 to the Contractor, Bryam-
Swain Company.
PASSED by the City Council this the A -U -t day of
1971.
