A R E S O LUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont the agreement dated
February 2, 1971, with Charles R. Haile Associates, Inc., pro-
viding for engineering services in connection with the con-
struction of outlets5, 16 and 23, and improvements of the
sewage treatment plant in the vicinity of the Port of Beaumont;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 2nd day of
Febxuary ' ; 971.
