WHEREAS, a resolution was passed by the City Council
on the 10th day of November, 1970, authorizing the City Manager
to execute an instrument rescinding a permit to the Department
of the Navy; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of the Navy has requested the
execution of its own instrument in lieu of the instrument of
Rescission previously authorized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor.be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
instrument of Special Release to the Department of the Navy,
and the purposes for the execution of that resolution as recited
by the City Council on the 10th day of November, 1970, are
incorporated by reference herein as fully and completely as if
copied verbatim.
PASSED by the City Council this the 29th day of
December, 1970.
