WHEREAS, W. Cavett Brown, C.A. Kohler, and M.L. Lefler, Jr.,
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, tendered an easement for
streets and/or utility purposes, dated September 22, 1969, and
which was in all things accepted by the City of Beaumont by
Resolution dated January 6, 1970; and,
WHEREAS, in said conveyance of easement, in the third para-
graph of the description of the easement conveyed, a certain dis=
tance between two points was incorrectly given as "747.32 feet"
instead of "819.81 feet"; and,
WHEREAS, the grantors of the said easement have executed and
tendered to the City an easement deed correcting the error afore-
mentioned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the instrument tendered by the above named correcting
the previously accepted easement be, and the same is hereby, in
all things accepted.
