A R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated December 22, 1970, allowing Mobil Pipe Line Company to
lay a twelve and three-quarters inch (12 3/4") pipeline cross-
ing Sulphur Drive, Ohio Street, Florida Avenue and Vermont
Avenue in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, according to the
locations and manner as shown on plats attached to said agree -
menta and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to
said agreement and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont
thereto.
