A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:'
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont the agreement dated
n§.-%JJ6x,, 1q70, with Norris and Garrod Engineers, Inc.,
providing for engineering services in connection with construc-
tion of certain street improvements, including grade adjust-
ments and reconstruction of pavement and related drainage
facilities at the Southern -Pacific crossings of Main, Pearl,
Orleans and Park Streets; and the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized to attest thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 15th day of
December, 1970.
