A. R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont an addendum contract between
the City of Beaumont and the Young Men's Business League of
the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce in order to extend the period
of time in which rental payments are due and payable to the
City of Beaumont under the terms of Section 5(b) of a certain
lease contract entered into by the City of Beaumont and the
Young Men's Business League of the Beaumont Chamber of
Commerce on March 11, 1965, which said contract terminates
on December 31, 1974.
