A R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the certain Lease Agreement, dated November , 1970,
between The City of Beaumont and Mobil Oil Corporation, leasing
to Mobil Oil Corporation a portion of the Carroll Street Park
Site for a period of one (1) year beginning November ,
1970 and ending November , -1971, to be used by said
corporation as a parking lot and other lawful use incidential
thereto, be and the same is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute said Lease Agreement
on behalf of The City of Beaumont; and the City C1erk.is
hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of
the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the i��;� day of
November, 1970.
