.A R E S 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the acquisition of a 20 foot strip of right-
of-way abutting on the east side of Crow Road from Folsom
Drive north to Odom Road is considered in the best interest
of the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Legal Department is hereby directed to commence such.
proceedings, surveys, appraisals, and other actions as may be
necessary for the acquisition of .the Crow Road right-of-way.
PASSED by the City Council this the 22nd day of
September, 1970.
