R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to
accept the sum of,Fifteen Hundred and no/100 ($1,500.00)
Dollars for full and complete settlement of that certain
lawsuit styled The City of Beaumont v. Willie Iguess,
No. D-92,640 in the District Court of Jefferson County,
Texas.
PASSED by the City Council on this the 05-Y day of
