A RE S O LUT I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute two (2) contracts with United Gas Corporation for
the providing of full requirements of the City as follows:
(1) at 2610 Concord Street for one .year beginning August 20,
1970, with an.automatic renewal for an additional year, pay-
ments -to be in accordance with United Gas Rate Schedule #550;
and (2) at 1848 Pine Street for one year beginning August 17,
1970, with an automatic renewal for an additional year, pay-
ments to be in accordance with United Gas Rate Schecule #550.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
July, 1970.
