WHEREAS, the developers of Western Hills Unit 2
Addition, Lots 3 thru 21, Block 1 and Lots 1 thru 13, B1ock.2,
have completed the street drainage, water line, and sanitary
sewer improvements serving said addition; the improvements on
Forrest Glade and Tallpine consist of six inch (61') reinforced
concrete pavement, twenty-seven feet (27') wide on Tallpine and
twenty-four feet (24') wide on Forrest Glade; and -the developers
of said addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the
City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be
accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street drainage, water line and sanitary sewer improve-
ments, as above described in Western Hills Unit 2 Addition, be
and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
