A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That a certain tract of land on Rowland Road between Helbig
Road and Bigner Road in The City of Beaumont, and more parti-
cularly described in a certain lease contract between Johnie
Haynes and The City of Beaumont, said lease being for a term
of five years and having been executed February 17, 1970,
shall, and is hereby, designated "Haynes Park", to be occupied
for public park purposes for the term of the said lease and
any renewal or extension thereof.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
July, 1970.
