R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received on March 3, 1970, for
cleaning and painting the exterior of the elevated storage
tank located at Washington Boulevard and Municipal Drive in
The City of Beaumont, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, McCrea Water Tower Maintenance and Repair
Company submitted a bid on the said project which was the
lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That a contract dated June 19, 1970, with the McCrea Water
Tower Maintenance and Repair Company for cleaning and painting
the exterior of the elevated storage tank located at Washington
Boulevard and Municipal Drive in the City of Beaumont, executed
by the Acting City Manager on behalf of the City of Beaumont,
is, in all respects, hereby ratified; and the attestation to
said contract and affixing of the seal thereto by the Deputy
City Clerk is hereby ratified.
PASSED by the City Council this 23rd day of June, 1970.
