THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney, Thad Heartfield, be and he is hereby
authorized to file and prosecute a civil lawsuit in behalf of
the City against the Southern Pacific Railway Company for the
negligent destruction of a certain street sweeper belonging to
The City of Beaumont, as the result of a collision between
the said street sweeper and.a train under the control of the
said Railway Company on January 13, 1970.
PASSED this the 9th day of June.,, 1970.
