A. RES OLUT ION
WHEREAS, on January 20, 1970, a'resolution was
passed authorizing the City Manager to execute a certain
contract with Bethlehem Steel Corporation permitting said
company to deliver its sewage to City sewer lines; and
WHEREAS, in the contract so executed on April 13,
1970, a typographical error was made in item (6) of paragraph
3, of said contract reciting the price to be charged for
such service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
that the City Manager be authorized to issue an addendum to
said contract changing item (6) of paragraph 3 thereof from
"$.5000 per M" to "$.0500 per M".
