A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute the release to Elizer Land in exchange for $330.00,
said sum having been tendered to The City of Beaumont as full
and final settlement of a claim for damages to City property.
PASSED by the City Council this thel'%-day of
1970.
