A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
Quitclaim Deeds from The City of Beaumont to Mervin Lewis,
Samuel Levine, Jr., Joseph A. Lafedge, Jr., Phillip J.
Pipion, H. E. Hinote, Joseph Greene, W. A. Middleton,
Edward J. Gallier, C. J. Shumaker and Sil Sachitano;
and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized'to attest to
same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 14th day of
April, 1970.
