A RE S O LUT I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized'to execute
Quitclaim Deeds from The City of Beaumont to Mary B. Nelson,
D. E. Greene, Arthur H. Reed and Lawrence Flanagan; and that
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to
affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the"City Council this the 17th day of
March, 1970.
