A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated February 24, 1970, allowing Teffoil Corporation to lay
a two (2") inch gas line within the limits of the Right of
way for Crow Road in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
according to the locations and manner as shown on plats
attached to said agreement; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to said agreement and to affix the Seal
of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 24th day of February,
1970.
