A R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED
BY
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY
OF
BEAUMONT.,
TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and heis hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of'Beaumont and Agreement with
The Housing Authority of The City of Beaumont, Texas, ex-
tending that certain agreement between The City of Beaumont
and The Housing Authority of The City of Beaumont, Texas,
dated February 8, 1966, to cover the period from February.9,
1970 to February 8, 1971, and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest to said Agreement and to affix .the Seal of The
City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 10th day of February,
1970.
