A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute the release to Roland H. Baker and wife, Betty Baker
in exchange for $532.00, said sum having been tendered to The
City of Beaumont as full and final settlement of a claim for
damages caused to City of Beaumont Fire Truck.
PASSED by the City.Council this 10th day of February,-
