Home My WebLink AboutRES 38 YY3.7 yY A RE SOLUTION WHEREAS, the developers of Western Hill Addition, Lots 1 and 2, Block 1; Lots 30 thru 42, Block 2; Lots 1 thru 13, Block 3; and Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, have completed the street, water, and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; the street improvements on Indian Trail and Westwood consist.of six inch (6") reinforced concrete construction, twenty-seven feet (27') in width, with open ditch drainage; and the developers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im- provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: That the street, water, and sanitary sewer improvements, as above described, in Western Hills Addition be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by said.City.
