BE IT.RESOLVED BY:THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That .the City Manager, be and he is.hereby authorized to execute
on,behalf :of the City of Beaumont a _contract.with.Bethlehem._
Steel Corporat'on of Beaumont, Jefferson.County, Texas, dated
January �, 1970, whereby the City.of Beaumont -will re
ceive - sewage:. from. the .said Bethlehem Steel Corporation
according to the rates established by city ordinance 'and
.published in Chapter 32,' Section .8 , of the Code of, Ordinances'
of Beaumont, Texas?'_and pursuant to,the authority vested in
the City Council under Chapter 32-9.of the Code.of Ordinances.

and the -City Clerk is'hereby authorized.to:attest.to same and
to'affix ,the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
