A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Tnat the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of The City of Beaumont a contract with Frank Van

Breemen, dated January_
1970, leasing to the said
Frank Van Breemen the Tyrrell Park Riding Academy for a term
of five (5) years, beginning February 1, 1970 and ending
January 31, 1975, according to the terms of said contract;'
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same
and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the -City Council this day of January,
1970.
