A RE,S GLUT I ON
WHEREAS, the developers of Denton Drive from Milam
Street North to College Street have completed the street,
storm sewer, and water line improvements serving said street;
the improvements on Denton Drive consist of six inch (61')
reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (611) integral con-
crete curb, forty-one (41') feet in width back of curb to
back'of curb; and the developers of said street are desirous
of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the
City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, storm sewer and water line improvements, as
above described, on Denton Drive be and the same are hereby
accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by said city.
PASSED by the City Council this the 23rd day of
December, 1969.
