A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1969, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $12.50, including all costs
of recording, covering Lot No. FOUR (4), in Block No. FOUR (4) of
the FOURTH STREET ACRES ADDITION to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, which said lien is recorded in the M & L Records of
said County in Volume 1336 at Page 499; and,
WHEREAS, MR. SAM S, SERIO, the owner of said property,
desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the money represented by said
lien and have same released to them:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That JAMES D. MCNICHOLAS, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the said MR. SAM S; SERIO, a release of the
above described lien, for and in consideration of the sum of $12.50,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is here-
by authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City of
Beaumont thereto.
