A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Lafayette Park Addition,
Lots 1 through 6, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 6, Block 2,
have completed the street, drainage, water line, and
sanitary sewer -improvements serving said addition; the
improvements on Ivy Lane consist of five inch (5") reinforced
concrete pavement with six inch (6") integral concrete curb,
twenty-seven feet (27') in width back of curb to back of
curb; and the developers of said addition are desirous of
having these improvements accepted and maintained by the
City and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer im-
provements, as above described, in Lafayette Park Addition
be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont
and shall be continuously maintained by the said city.
