A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, Ted Perricone and wife, Bernice Perricone,
Anthony Perricone and wife, Joyce Marie Perricone, Carl
Perricone and wife, Ann Perricone, and Donald Perricone and
wife, Josephine Perricone have tendered an easement to The
City -of Beaumont for sewer purposes only across property owned
by them being a 5 -acre tract of land out of the S..Stivers
League in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, said
easement being dated January 28, 1969; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose
of said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said easement for sewer purposes only is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said easement as tendered by Ted Perricone and wife,
Bernice Perricone, Anthony Perricone and wife, Joyce Marie
Perricone, Carl Perricone and wife, Ann Perricone, and Donald
Perricone and wife, Josephine Perricone to The City of Beaumont
be and the same is hereby accepted in all things.
