A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OJUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and.he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont, change orders No. 1 and No. 2,
dated February 21, 1969,* in regard to the contract with Roy B. Greer
for the construction of Laurel Avenue paving from 23rd West; the
original contract being dated December, 1968; the extra work
authorized by change order No. 1 being for the widening of Laurel
Avenue paving from 26 feet to 36 feet from Sparrow Way East 125
feet to the existing 36 foot pavement; the extra work authorized
By. change order No. 2 being for the removal of existing 18 inch
and 24 inch concrete pipe and catch basins under Laurel Avenue
and replacing same with re -enforced concrete pipe; said change
order No. 1 being in the amount of $3064.60 and change order No. 2
being in the amount of $1665:80; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and affix Seal of The City of
Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this day of
February, 1969.
