A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, S. Louis Greenberg and S. Donald Greenberg have
tendered an easement to The City of Beaumont, for street and
highway purpose across and under the following described property,
to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the existing West Right
of Way line of Crow Road and the East line of
the P. B. Greenberg 4.884 acre tract of land;
said point being S 0052'W 297.44 feet from the
Northeast corner of the P. B. Greenberg 4.884
acre tract of land; said corner being in the
F. Bigner Survey, Abstract I, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas.
THENCE S 0052'W along the existing West Right Of
Way line of Crow Road a distance of 118.50 feet
to a point of corner in the North Right Of Way
line of U. S. 69, 96, & 287;
THENCE S 60009'4001 W along the North Right Of
Way line of U. S. 69,96 & 287 a distance of
22.08 feet to a point for corner in the South
Line of the P. B. Greenberg 4.884 acre tract of
land;
THENCE N 41034'W along the South line of the .
P. B. Greenberg 4.884 acre tract of land a distance
of 45.30 feet to a point for corner in the proposed
West Right Of Way line of Crow Road;
THENCE N 5052' E along the proposed West Right
Of Way line of Crow Road a distance of 86.67
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 0652' E along the proposed West Right Of
Way line of Crow Road a distance of 10.00 feet
to a point for corner;
THENCE S 89008' E along the proposed West Right
Of Way line of Crow Road a distance of 42.00
feet to the point of beginning;
Said tract of land containing 0.1242 acres, more or
less.
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easement is necessary and desirable, and that same should be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMOM :
and the same is hereby accepted in all things.
