WHEREAS, J. E. Broussard, Jr.; Regina B. Wood and
husband,W. W. Wood; Estelle Broussard, a feme sole; Marie B.
Weir,.a feme sole; The Katherine Belle B. Doyle Testamentary
Trust; The Mary Elizabeth B. Donovan Testamentary Trust; The
Joe Broussard, II Testamentary Trust; Tne Estelle B. Schlueter
Testamentary Trust; The Annette B. Steinman Testamentary Trust;
The Verena G. Broussard Trust; Genevieve B. Dutton and husband,
D. F. Dutton; and Ruth B. Polk and husband, I. D..Polk have

tendered an easement to The City of Beaumont, for drainage
purposes across and under the following described property,
to -wit:
Three (3) Ten (10') foot wide Drainage Easements
in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, extending
from Wendelin Drive to the West right-of-way line
of Caldwood Cut -Off Drain Ditch.
EASEMENT #1
BEING a 10' wide drainage easement located 5' on
either side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point in the East right-of-way line
of Wendelin Drive, said point being located S 000
40' 30!' E, measured along the East right-of-way
line of Wendelin Drive, a distance of 5.00'from
a concrete monument marking the Southwest corner
of'the Kenneson Tract, recorded in Volume 755,
Page 288, Deed Records, Jefferson County, Texas,
said monument being located SOUTH, a distance of
377..00' measured along the East right-of-way line of
Wendelin Drive from the South right-of-way line of
College Street;
THENCE N 890 26' E, along the centerline of an existing
drain ditch parralle1 to the South line of the Kenneson
Tract, a distance of 119.94' to the West right-of-way
line of the Caldwood Cut -Off Drain Ditch right-of-way
and the end of the easement herein described.
EASEMENT #2
BEING a 10' wide drainage easement located 5' on
either -side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point in the East right-of-way
line of Wendelin Drive, said point being located
S 000 40' 30" E, measured along the East right-
of-way line of Wendelin Drive, a distance of
