A R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute for and on behalf of Trie City of Beaumont a contrac-
tural agreement for engineering services with Chas. R. Haile
Associates, Inc. for the engineering 'services to be performed
pursuant to the City's request for amendment of permit with
the Texas Grater Quality Board, sewerage treatment plant
improvements and treatment pond for the plant effluent.
PASSED by the City Council this the 7th day of
October, 1969.
