A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1969, the City received bids
for sanitary sewer relocation in the vicinity of the inter-
sections of Crow Road & Treadway Road with U.S. Hwy. 69, 96,
287 N. (N. 11th
St.)
in the City of
Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS,
Jos.
V. Tantillo,
Inc. submitted a bid in
the sum of $53,019.00 for such sanitary sewer relocation; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Jos. V. Tantillo, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted and contract entered into

with Jos. V. Tantillo, Inc. for said sanitary sewer relocation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Jos. V. Tantillo, Inc. be accepted and the
City Manager be,'and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont the contract with Jos. V.
Tantillo, Inc. for sanitary sewer relocation in the vicinity
of the intersections of Crow Road &Treadway Road with U.S.
Hwy. 69, 96, 287 N. (N. 11th St.) in the City of Beaumont,
in accordance with specifications submitted to bidders for
the sum of $53,019.00; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said contract and to affix the Seal of The City
of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of October,
1969.
