A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers"of Westfield Terrace Unit 7
Addition, Block 10, Lots 7 thru 17 and Block 11, Lots 13 thru
20, have completed the street, storm sewer, and water line im-
provements serving said addition; the street improvements on
Overhill Lane abutting the above mentioned lots consist of six
inch (6") thick reinforced concrete with integral curb, for a
width of twenty-seven feet (27') from back of curb to back of
curb; and the developers of said addition are desirous of
having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City;
and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintanance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be -accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:---
That the street, storm sewer and water line improvements, as
above described, in Westfield Terrace Unit 7 Addition be and the
same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the said city.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
September, 1969.
