A R E S 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of December, 1964, The City of
Beaumont recovered Judgment against READY ACKER, doing business as
READY ACKER SEPTIC TANK AND PIPE CLEANING SERVICE, in the amount
of $73.43, said Judgment being in Cause No. 26591, in the Justice
Court, Precinct No. 1, of Jefferson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, READY ACKER, doing business as READY ACKER SEPTIC
TANK AND PIPE CLEANING SERVICE, has tendered to The City of Beaumont
the amount of the Judgment, with interest and costs thereon, and de-
sires a release of any and.all liens existing by reason of such
Judgment, and the City.Council is of the opinion that such release
should be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, That the City Manager, be and he is hereby, author-
ized, for and in consideration of the sum of $73.43, with interest
and costs, to execute and deliver an instrument to READY ACKER, doing
business as READY ACKER SEPTIC TANK AND PIPE CLEANING SERVICE, re-
leasing to the said READY ACKER, doing business as READY ACKER SEPTIC
TANK AND PIPE CLEANING SERVICE, any and all liens existing by reason
of such Judgment; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to said instrument and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont
thereto.
