A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Attorney is.hereby authorized and directed to
initiate legal action to enjoin the operation of two borrow
pits being operated by Trotti & Thomson Contractors on pro-
perty adjacent to the Odom School within the municipal bounds
of the City of Beaumont, Texas.
PASSED by the City Council this the 26th day of
August, 1969.
