A. R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement dated
June 12, 1969, allowing the- Lower Neches Valley Authority to
construct and maintain a water canal crossing under Spindletop
Avenue, within the city limits of Beaumont, Texas, according
to the location and manner specified in said agreement; and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said agreement
and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 19th day of August,
1969.
