A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, Frank W. Lombardo, Thomas A. Lombardo, Anna
Mae Fertitta, R. T. Fertitta, Jr., and Carlos R. Lombardo, have
tenured, an easement to The City of Beaumont for street and
highway purposes across and under the following described pro-
perty, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1
BEGINNING at a point in the proposed east right
of way line of Crow Road and the South line of the
Lombardo 0.1319 of one acre tract of land, said
point being.North 88035'15" West 92.0 feet from
the Southeast corner of the said Lombardo 0.1319
of one acre tract;
THENCE North 88035'15" West along the South line
of said Lombardo 0.1319 acre tract, a distance of
9.40 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lombardo
0.1319 acre tract;
THENCE North 2032145" East, a distance of 93.20
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 590..45'45" East, a distance of 46.20
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE -South 61008'15" East, a distance of 9.68 feet
to a point for corner;
THENCE South 59032'45" West, a distance of 33.10 feet
to a point for corner;
THENCE South 22013'45" West, a distance of 20.02 feet
to a point for corner;
THENCE South 5023'45" West, a distance of 76.61 feet
to the point of beginning.
Said tract of land contains 0.03393 of one acre of
land, more or less.
TRACT N0. 2
BEING a 0.149 acre tract of land out of the Frederick
Bigner Survey in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
and being a portion of the Mrs. V. A. Collier Estate
Subdivision and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake in the East line of Crow
Road and in the North line of the Odom Road;
THENCE North 1 degree 45 minutes 45 seconds West with
the East line of Crow Road and with the West line of
Lot 14 of the Robert Collier Subdivision 187 feet to
an iron stake;
THENCE North 0 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West
with the East line of the Crow Road 542.40 feet
to an iron stake locating the Southwest corner of
the Frank Lombardo tract;
THENCE South 89 degrees 00 minutes 15 seconds East
9.40 feet to a galvanized iron pipe for corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 16 minutes 45 seconds East
542.35 feet to a galvanized iron pipe in the North
line of the Robert Collier Subdivision;
THENCE South 1 degree 45 minutes 45 seconds East
187 feet to a galvanized iron pipe in the North
line of the Odom Road;
THENCE North 89 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds West
with the North line of Odom Road 8.65 feet to the
place of beginning containing 0.149 acres of land.
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said conveyances and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said easement is necessary and desirable, and that same should
be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said easement above referred to, -as tendered by Frank W.
Lombardo, Thomas A. Lombardo, Anna Mae Fertitta, R. T. Fertitta,
Jr., and Carlos R. Lombardo, to The City of Beaumont, be and the
same is hereby accepted in all things.
