WHEREAS, the Director..of the'Health-Department-has-
informed the City Council that weeds,.grass, and uncultivated
plants have:been.permitted to grow upon the hereinafter de-
scribed property in violation of Article III'of Chapter 16 of
the Code of Or,dinanc,es of Beaumont, Texas;. and, .
WHEREAS, the said Director has informed the City
Council.that the owners of said property have failed to.cut'
down and remove.said weeds, gras.s,.and uncultivated plants
within ten (10) days..after.legal notice .to such owners to do.
so
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT-RESOLVED'BY'THE CITY COUNCIL
OF -THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Director of the Health -Department b�e and he`is hereby
authorized to have cut down 'and removed the weeds, grass and
uncultivated plants `growing upon the -'following described pro-
